While on a Web-page, when I hit "contact", someone's e-mail link, Outlook

This problem started yesteday and only occurs using Outlook Express (if
I log into the Charter web site I can send email fine).  I have no
problems receiving mail...only sending to an address OUTSIDE
Charter.net.

I see all my OE files on C:\Documents and Settings\...\Identities\...
\Microsoft\Outlook Express\.  Can I move these to my D: drive and have

When I try to combine/decode a file.    It won't combine and it says there is
a problem with the address book.  It needs to be re-installed.  How do I do

Here's the problem: I have 2 computers. When I send a message on one
computer and display it later on the other it has my name in the "to"
