Netscape client is a mesass and seems to be a front end for aol? We can't
get to the mail without an aol screen name - which we do not want! Can I use

When trying to "Insert" a picture from My Pictures folder OE "freezes"! I
then need to close the program and start over again. I can carryout all
other normal functions with OE. What could be causing this? All Windows

How does one look at the bcc list of any mail after the mail has been sent
and is there in the sent folder. I am able to do that in Lotus Notes and
Outlook but not in Outlook Express.
I have checked the View>All Headers but still not able to see it.

How do I switch between multiple accounts?

I have a laptop that I use in the winter in Arizona.  In the spring I go
back to Minnesota, where I have a desktop. I would like to move the
address book and all the mail from the laptop to the desktop.  What is
the procedure here.  Both are PC's

I opened a New Message window, and copied and pasted a few words of text from
a document in Acrobat 7.0. Outlook Express aborts every time.
Any ideas why?

Getting error messages from Outlook Express:
When I access Outlook, I get a message that says - "There was a problem
switching folders, possibly because the folder was busy."
Then when I click on my Inbox and try to read an email - I get two(2) error

Have just downloaded Windows Live Mail Desktop Beta and like the look of it

I have two hotmail accounts - my wife and I - and even though they are
different they at times decide to write over one another.  As an example my
e-mail will be in both my account and my wife's accout in outlook.  Sometimes
I can fix this by reseting the folders and other times ...

I have a small but irritating problem.
If I click on a hyperlink to a website a folder in my computer opens up.
I wondered if anyone knows why this is happening and how to cure it.

Several times my cox security virus software has given me an alert saying
that it detected a virus in temp internet files (while I was looking at my

OE6 has suddently stopped opening my attachments (text files created in
notepad and saved as .csf files). The strange thing is that other attachments
with the same extension are still opening OK.
Furthermore the 'faulty' attachments can be safely saved and then opened but

I am using Win2k+SP4 and ie6. In saving internet photos, I can sometimes
save them in Jpg format and at other times the option seems to be solely
.bmp. I cannot find a way to change it to provide a choice. Is there one?
