I'm in the middle of rebuilding my systems and as part of the process I'm moving my email "home" system on to a new machine. I'm okay with moving the messages and address book but is there any way I can export/import my rules (I have around 70) to the new machine?

I involuntarily have deleted the imap account on outlook express. All the mails have instantly had removed from the hard disk. I have utilized PC Inspector File Recovery to search a deleted a .dbx file.

When sending emails with attachments (pictures) outlook creates an error message that is blank in the errors tab. The email stays in the outbox but the recipient has actually received the email, but it appears that it has never been sent.
