This morning when I compacted all folders I got a message that folders.com
"is currently in use by Outlook Express or another application".
I have tried renaming folders.com and rebooting, but the same message keeps
occurring when I compact. This persists even when I close all ...

Is this line break problem in my configuration or the posters?

I have a disk of back up emails, all with a .dbx extension.  I cannot simply
double-click to open, but would like to import them to my OE.  I read
"simply" create them in a Windows folder, but how do you create a Windows
folder?

When outlook express offered to compact my inbox, it removed much incoming
mail from the inbox in 'like' monthly chunks: i.e. 03/01/06 - 07/25/06! Is
there any way to retrieve this mail or a way to undo compact or compress?
Also, is there a way to undo a messages import?

Can someone tell me why OE doesn't size photo attachments to fit the screen

I delete my Deleted folder contents everyday and many times the mail I
deleted reappears in that folder the next time I open O.E. Is there a way I
