I've been assigned backup duties of the documents and email materials
in our company.
I'm having diffuculties on the best practice for securing a backup of
the users outlookexpress 6 with Windows 2000.

For some reason I can't find the address bar!
The word is there on the tool bar but I can't figure out how to open to see
the url window.

When I try to forward or send a picture or annamation out of my e-mail a pop
up message comes up and says"one or more of the pictures cannot be found do
you want to send anyway" in OE, I went to tools, options, send, mail sending
format, and the box is checked that says send ...

I'm receiving attachments OK, but cannot open them.  They appear grayed out
in the bar.  This happened several years ago, but I forgot the remedy.  Need

I have a desktop PC running XP Home SP2, DSL connection.  Outlook
Express 6 SP2 is my email and newsgroup program.  Just recently, I
discovered that when I try to open .ppt (PowerPoint presentation files) via
email an error window pops up saying..."This file does not have a ...

In all my news groups I get them to have no unread messages except one news
group (Microsoft Outlook General).  I always have at least 1 unread message
no matter what I do.  I even
did a ctrl A and the right clicked and said to mark them all as read, but

About half the time I try to open an attachment e-mailed to me, I get the
following message:  This file does not have a program associated with it for
performing this action. Create an association in the Folder Options control
panel.

When I open A Newsgroup I can see all the posts  but!!! no replies
Also 2 Folders from my e-mails are not visible in OE yet they are in the
clearly seen in the root directory at 3.2mb
