I've been getting undeliverable mail messages every so often and was
wondering if the problem is on my end or the recipient's end. The error only
happens when I send to this certain recipient. The error is as follows:
Reason: Rejection greeting returned by server.

I am trying to import .dbx files from a CD to a new PC.
When i go through the import messages wizard i get to selecting the folder
with the .dbx folders in it and an error message comes up saying "access
denied" or another program is using the files etc etc.

i'm a fairly savvy user. my laptop froze last night and when i startup OE
again, all my inbox messages are gone.
Sent Items is OK, but inbox messages (and subfolders) are gone.
I can see the file Inbox.dbx in the identities folder (76MB), but i guess

I still can't get this stupid address book to work! No one has responded to
my old thread for almost a week now so I figured it might be best for me to
post here. I'm still having the same old problems of not being able to export
or import the addresses in my Outlook Express book ...

Auto-complete is remembering a bad email address I once entered and is
offering that as the sole choice until I enter almost the entire address.
To make up an example, the bad auto-complete entry is like
john@polymersciencc.com instead of john@polymerscience.com.

Outlook Express; sometimes, when I switch from one newsgroup to another, or
from my empty Inbox folder to newsgroups that I frequent the most, the top
row does not show the most recent post(sorted by Sent column), I have to
scroll up by 2 to 10 posts or more to see the newest ...

Will there ever be an OE 7 released?
