A client reports that when they attach a file to an email (OE6), often (but
not every time) the recipient receives several copies of the email and
attachment. Each time they've sent one to me as a test, I've received only
one so I don't have more details. This problem only started ...

Let's assume that my e-mail address is 1234@isp.net, and that I
get a lot of spam mail addressed to 5678@isp.net, 578@isp.net, and
123@isp.net.
I created a message rule that anything addressed to the latter 3

Every so often mail from trusted sources goes into deleted items folder
instead of my in box. a person could send two e mail at different times of
the day. One would go to my inbox, the other to deleted items folder. I now
need to check my deleted items folder just in case ...

I am importing messages from Eudora 5.1 into Outlook Express 6. My ISP

I have several files where I keep emails that are important to me, business,
family, etc.
Somehow the file that I use to keep the emails to do with my work has
dissapeared.

I have quite a large OE6 address book with around 800 contacts in about 40
groups
I know I can extract the address book to get my 800 contacts into a CSV file
using the export option but .......

I am not able to compact the folders anymore in Outlook Express 6. OE is
configured with 8 different news-servers. There are no email accounts set up
in it.
OE sees heavy daily use and always before shutdown, the Maintenance routine

Just in the last week people are telling me that they are getting two copies
of each of my e mail, I only send one. How can I stop that? Could it be the
Spam Bully I downloaded just last week? It started around the same time..

I thought I moved a e-mail from "input' folder into a saved folder but
actually placed it in "delete" folder and then deleted all msg in folder.
Anyway to recover?

By mistake, I deleted identities file containing my OE messages from my
PC (i also deleted them from recycle bin).  I use PC Tools file-recover
software to bring them back, but I can't import messages to my OE
again.  I used import messages option but an error message doesn't let

Is there any way to auto include the incoming email addresses to the outlook
address book? Is this option available within outlook or do we have to use
any addons? Please help me out.
