When I open Outlook or Outlook Express 6 I lose my mail account passwords,
and have to reset them.
Any ideas?

Strange behaviour. I have a customer that complained of not being able to open attachments. Sent back the usual speel on how to turn off that option via the security tab. Answer came back it did not work. Told her to close OE, reopen and try again. Nope, still no changes. I tried ...

I have received a 'newsletter' as an email. Its format is similar to a
web page, namely text with inline images. How can I forward it so that
it arrives unchanged please? If I use Forward I just get the text, no
images. And even that is spoiled by being < quoted.

#$#@! return receipt popup is too easy to "dismiss" with spacebar while cleaning out
folders using Block Sender command. (which BTW should be accomplishable with
one right click, not requiring multiple menu rigamarole)
"never" return receipt should be oe/win install default.

As. I get a diaog box with a "Save in:" bar which lists a default
folder, but it's one that I don't want to use. So I have to use the
