Yesterday when I logged off my computer and shut it down, I turned off the
power before it was all the way shut down. Later, when I turned it back on
and opened OE, there where no msgs in my inbox (I had about 20 in there) and
most of my other folders were missing (I had about 15 ...

I currently have somthing stuck in my inbox.  When trying to download 115
incoming messages; OE stops at message 8 or 9 and then in 60 seconds times
out.  Has anyone had this problem?  Any suggestions?

I frequently have to copy and paste text into e-mails that I'm writing using
Outlook Express 6. When I do the font gets messed up so I select the whole
paragraph and try to apply a certain font. However, it doesn't change! What
am I doing wrong that I can't select text and apply ...

Hoping you can enlighten me. In the OE views dropdown menu, there are 4
options reading "Copy of Show All Messages."
I wonder why this is, and how I can get rid of the extra options. (It's not
causing any problems, it just annoys me...)

OE is driving me nuts.
I am able to change the font,size and color on one computer but not another.
The problem computer allows me to change and save the type and size, but
every time I compose it defaults to black.

How do I find out what my password is?

When I seek to start OE6, the "blue square" with the title comes on the
screen but then the programme freezes and nothing else happens. When I
reboot, it says that a programme called "O" is still operating. I tried
system restore to before a recent (early July) XP update, which ...

I use OE6 on three computers (work, home, laptop) and would like to merge the
three address books into one. Each started out the same but now differ
somewhat mainly because I sometimes make a change to one but forget to change
the others.

I wish to send a Windows XP Pro SP2 laptop back to the factory for service.
Prior to doing this I transfered all Outlook Express Addresses, emails,
identies, etc. from this "broken" laptop to a shiny new laptop using, in case
anyone is interested, Outlook Express Backup Wizard. I ...
