When I receive some  messages the 'envelope' symbol for the email in Outlook
Express has a curved red arrow sweeping from right, down and to the left or
a blue arrow which sweeps down from left to right.
Of what significance are these markings?  Stan

I recently started a new charter account for my wife and I.  Hers doesn't
send mail on the wireless laptop, but my desktop does using a my email
address in outlook express.  Any ideas on how I should configure her OE to
send mail.  Hers receives fine.  I double checked my server ...

Every time I try to compact my folders I get this error message:
"The folder is currently in use by outlook express or by another
application."
Tried compacting while off line and the same problem.

I have added new accounts in the past and had no problem , today I added a
new account but it does not show in the left hand panel , when I click
send/receive" the new account shows in this window. How do I get it to come
up in the panel on the left beside my other accounts.

How can I retrieve a message that I inadvertently placed in the draft
folder?  When I click to  retrieve messages from there they are
automatically mailed before I can make corrections.  Thanks
