When I send an e-mail to someone and cc: or bcc: a copy to myself, I never
get the e-mail.
I contacted my server and they did all kinds of tests and it worked fine
when we went directly

When I first open Inbox, there is the hour glass next to the pointer.
Messages are downloaded but I cannot open or delete them. I have to wait for
about two to three minutes for the hour glass to go away and then I can
proceed as usual. What can I do about this hour glass ...

My 350+ Rules have suddenly DISAPPEARED - only in the Default email account -
the other 3 accounts still have their Rules. I tried System Restore and had
no luck, as it said there had been no changes. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.

A computer has both OE and Outlook 2003. OE is password protected to
start up. When the user opens Outlook, the prompt for OE pops up even
without OE being started. How is OE tied into Outlook at that point?

Getting an error in outlook express when connecting to POP servers of my isp.

This error seems to relate to Winsock.
Have reset the tcp/ip stack using the netsh int ip reset command and also

After reinstalling Outlook Express and restoring my messages (except for the
last 4 days) when I try to get my latest emails the download consists of all
emails dating back to I don't know when (26,000+). How can I just get the
last four days or so? Thanks for any help.
