The reply and forward buttons and menu commands have stopped working

When I click on an email or an icon OutlookExpress 6 responds very slowly.  
It freezes for some 30 to 60 seconds before it responds.  I  do not have this
problem with any other application.  I have reinstalled Windows XP sp2 but it

Since I switched to an IMAP server I can no longer use filters on the IMAP
folders nor do I have a trash folder for deleted messages. Any ideas on how
to get the filter to work or how to make deleted messages to to a trash
folder?

One of the salemen at my store receives emails with .esx attachments for work
that he does.  We're unable to open them.  Any suggestions?

When sending an e-mail the e-mail is in deed sent BUT an error message appears
"Some errore occured while processing the requested task".
There are no errors listed and the sent e-mail then remains in the outbox
rather then moving to the sent folder as set up to do.

We are switching from groupwise to outlook express for email. How do I import
all the groupwise email messages into outlook express?

OE is requesting a password to access my e-mail account.  I'm the only user
of this computer, and was never given the password.  The person who set up
