Have just had an upgrade done.  Installed XP Home OEM, but it keeps shutting
itself down.  It eventually goes into 'safe mode' after several tries, then
tells me to press DEL to enter setup.  It then tells me to press F10 to save
and exit.  It is operational for a while and then ...

Since a few days my Windows XP (SP2) is automatically starting an instance
of IE.
This is causing both outlook express and internet explorer to hang till I
shut this phantom

When I type in a web site address (www) I find that the page requested
does not open.
I need to go half way down the Google page  and type in some reference
there to gain access to the item I want.

I am running Windows XP SP2.  I recently installed PC Sync (Samsung software)
to sync up my cell phone.  Too bad that up to this point I never needed
outlook express.  Too bad for me this program requires a PIM application.  
Outlook express was never installed as I removed ...

One of the Internet newsgroup in my OE Folder List will only display message
in date range 1/08/06 to 4/15/06.
I want it to display messages after 4/15/06.   How do I fix it?
I had this problem a few years ago but don't remember how II fixed it.

Flashplayer will not work even after it says it  has installed properly.

Whenever I open an email that has a few people on the CC list, all those
email  addresses in the CC list are added automatically to my Outlook
Express address book.
I don't want this, so how can I prevent this from happening?

I have 2 major difficulties, concerning the same problematic...
1) I'm trying to import my OE address book into OUTLOOK but all of my groups
that I created in OE aren't there anymore, and those groups are very
important for my work.

My OE recently starting compacting all my email messages, I have nothing left
in my inbox, outbox...  How can I retrieve them? and how can I stop OE from
compacting in the future?
