I have a Client whose ISP is BT Connect who cannot send email using his email address (using his domain name) hosted elsewhere. I have been told that this is because BT has blocked outgoing email other than through its own service.

My deleted items.dbx file is currently about 200mb. When I empty the deleted items folder, it remains the same size. I can compress the folder manually and it goes to about 50kb Is there a way of automatically shrinking the file when the folder is empty
