when i send an encrypted e-mail message from outlook 2003 to outlook express
i receive the following message error:
"message could not be displayed.
outlook express encountered an unexpected problem while displaying this

In IE6, my Save As Type: "Web Archive, Single File (*.mht)" option is

A friend has a new computer and all is well except that in Outlook

censored and says it has removed Access to.  (I sent one to myself, of
course.)  How do I work around this?  Why did it happen?  Can someone help
me...  I can go back and re-send it from scratch copying the ...

Is there a way to have it open each time without me having to click the
