When i click on the paperclip,Microsoft Office Picture Manager loads then
shuts down with a runtime error. If i first save the picture it will open
normally. XP and just downloaded IE7 with all updates

I have a hotmail account which I have been using OE6 to download the mail
for years. I am in the process of switching notebooks and am unable to
download hotmail on the new notebook. I have checked the settings on both
computers to be sure they agree (both OE6 and IE).

When you are composing an email and go to Insert-->File Attachment, the
Insert Attachment box always uses the "List" default as opposed to, say,
"Details" which lets you sort the files in the directory by date or name or
file type or any detail.

I have a problem with OE6. When trying to open certain types of attachments
(.doc, .pps, .pdf etc) directly from within OE, the associated application
opens correctly (Word, Acrobat reader etc) but an error message stating that
the file being opened cannot be found is generated. ...

Recently, I established a news account and subscribed to two NGs.
While subscribing, somehow (it never happened to me before!) along with the
two NGs I got "subscription" to <Inbox, Sent and Deleted Items>. Now they
are sitting in the Local Folders pan and take precious space. Tried ...

I'm trying to setup different signatures for multiple different accounts.
I've setup 10 accounts and 10 signature files
However when I start a new message it puts in the signature from the default
account.

I would like to know if theres a way to know when an e-mail that was sent has
been read by the person receiving it? I know about the return receipt but
other than that how canI tell if it's been read?
