I have been usine OE6 as my default email client for some time now. I have
always been able to retreive my hotmail email from OE6. Now all of  sudden I
get the following error...

I opened an account with NTL and transferred my account through to  my
outlook.
However I am now going abroad and want to access my outlook  but have
forgotten my password and user name, please help.

I'm having a problem with OE6 being very slow to open and also when I click
to delete a message my cursor shows as working and takes a while for the
message to be deleted. Have never had this happen before.  Has anyone else
run into this problem?  

I have forgotten my password in Outlook Express. In order to put in a new one
I have to give my original password. Sounds like a catch-22!
How do I get around it?

I am trying to stet up Microsoft Outlook.  One menu asks me for the
Microsoft Exchange Server and Mailbox.  Where can I find this information?

I received a email from someone I know.  When I click on it to delete it I
get a hourglass and I can't delete it and then OE crashes.  All the other
emails delete fine.  I would appreciate some help.  I am using Windows XP and
Norton Security suite.  Thank you

When I delete a message, Outlook Express takes me to the next message
on the list. Is there a way to control what happens (move up instead of
down, etc.)

As a long time user of Outlook Express (10+ years) I can usually figure out
how to fix most problems. But this one really has me baffled.
When I click on a JPG file attachment (incoming e-mail) I get the error that
I must go to Folder Options and associate the JPG file.

Have been using OE without issue until today. Had settings that the preview
pane would not show message until clicked. Click on message and get a
msoe.dll error which debugging does not fix. Causes OE to crash
