Can't Drag Message to Subfolder12 Oct 2006 00:42 GMT5
This morning, after Windows XP autoupdate, with some apparent difficulty,
downloaded a half dozen or so updates at 3AM, I can no longer drag messages
to a subfolder. I can manually "move to folder" just fine. The difficulty
mentioned above was when several of the downloads first ...

I need to create a signature in Outlook that has a picture with it.
I created the signature in Word, then viewed it in Outlook where you create
signatures and I could see the picture.
But when I create a new message the picture does not appear, only a red cross.

This is rather embarrassing...but after years of using the same Outlook
account and never logging out, I accidently logged off my account.  Now it
requires a password that I cannot remember.  I set up a new account to send
this e-mail, but how will I fix my other problem?  Help!

I have downloaded and installed IE7 now there is no email icon to click on to
send or recieve emails, how do I restore/recover/reinstall this please help.

I'm running windows xp with all the current service packs. The problem is
clicking on a "mail to:" link on a website opens 60 IE windows and tells me
that my default e mail client is not configured properly. It just started
this and O E 6 will not remain the defalut e mail after ...

Every time I open Outlook  Express it connects up to the designated POP3
incoming mail server and does download all emails waiting BUT at the end of
the send/receive process the incoming mail server setting (the outgoing SMTP
server setting is fine) is overwritten with 127.0.0.1  ...

I keep getting bogus-- and virus filled-- messages supposedly from
Microsoft and the "Microsoft Security Corporation," etc. I set filters
in OE6 to never download these messages from the server, but it does
anyway. Can anyone tell me why the filter doesn't do what I tell it?

please help... i just subscribed to verizon-yahoo dsl and since then i have
been flooded with spam email. even though i set the spam filters to delete
immediately w/o viewing, my outlook is picking them up. i also just got
spamfighter & its still leaking thru. i cannot possibly ...

I seem to have "lost" the last part of the path where I can find my messages.
I start with C: Documents and Settings, roger,local settings, applications
data, etc....but I do not see \Microsoft\Outlook Express at the very end.  I
have used this complete path in the past to back ...

Hi,  Recently emails sent to a friend in New Zealand have been returned.  
Previously I haven't had a problem but now get the following message:
' I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not be
be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below.

I am trying to help a neighbor with an email problem.
She cannot open any email links that are presented in either an email or a web page.
She can open any web links, just not links to an email address.
She has Windows XP SP2 with full updates.
