I've read through this group and haven't found a problem similar to
mine.  I am running OE6 on XP sp2.  Just recently I've noticed that my
toolbar buttons in OE become unresponsive - I click them and nothing
happens.  Same with the menus.

I cannot receive my emails even though I have deleted everything previously
in my Inbox, my Deleated and Norton Spam Folders.  I even tried turning
Norton Security and Anti-Spam off to no avail.  I can send but not receive.

I have been using OE for the past couple of years and had a signature file

Every time I start Outlook Express my pop-server name is replaced by
127.0.0.1   I have to Accounts / Properties/Mail/ Servers and edit the POP-3
