I'm running Outlook Express 6 for my Hotmail email service.  I now cannot
send any attachments except fairly small ones (e.g. 25k).  Anything larger
just causes the send function to spin its wheels, eventually giving the

Everytime Spam gets here, only using "Block Sender" from Outlook Express 6,
the icon up top, where the mail with the arrows are?  That icon turns white

I had to do a reinstall back to factory settings. I did save each message as
