This new user is having a problem with the fonts. I have entered a default font but when I paste text into the message the pasted text prevails over the default text. How do I change this?

I cannot find some mail previously viewed.I'm fairly sure they were not deleted.Is there any way -other than the usual method- to get the server to download any stored ? I believe that I selected the server to keep files, but cannot now remember

I use to be able to add music to my emails, it has been a while however, anyway...tried today and applied the sound as I always have but it didn't work. FYI...I'm using WinXP and IE7, NOD32/AntiVirus--Sypware Doctor--SpyBot..If anyone has some ideas as to what my problem might ...

Good Day: I saved all of my Outlook emails onto a CD before I had to do a complete reinstall. But when I try to open my CD's it is in code and ask me to select encoding. When I do some of this it then says .pst files cannot be opened.

XP Pro (other-wise) is doing great. I let MS install IE7 thinking that might fix the non history issue but no, so I removed it back to IE6. Any ideas to try greatly appreciated.
