.dbx corrupted files09 Nov 2006 19:03 GMT5
At one day five folders of my Outlook Express just gone. The .dbx files
still remains at the identities/outlook folder. I used the following
programs:
Easy Outlook Express Repair

Shuts down.  This has been happening often.  Some issues must be causing
this.  Any suggestions?

I am temporarily living in France and am using Orange ISP while I am here.
It does a number of annoying things (so I'll be glad to be rid of it in due
course), but there is one in particular that someone may be able to help
with.  I'm using WinXP with OE6.

I can't send email out because they say i have a
0x800CCC79 error.Apparently when i typed in my
email address i typed in the address with something i

I just saw the notice that OE 7 is available for download.
Is it an incremental upgrade, or does it change the whole "look" of Outlook
Express?
I'm too lazy anymore to re-learn Outlook Express if it is a major change---

attachments so bloating the space they take to save. I am sorry as I asked
before (and can't find)  and someone gave me the name of software that will
carry out batch stripping for the 10,000 plus emails ...

I thought that I had posted this question earlier today, but I cannot find
it, so please excuse me if I am being repetitive.
Last night I attempted to send a photo to a friend and realized suddenly
that I had accidentally attatched the entire folder in which the phtograph

when i attach a photo or just send a photo, outlook sends the main photo but
also sends thumnails of various graphics,photos,pop ups, and webpages as

I can send mail ok but if i try to reply to messages it times out. I've
tried switching off AVG and Zone Alarm but still the same. Any suggestions?

Whenever I receive and click on a hyprlink in an email since installing IE7
the link always opens My Documents, instead of the web site that it obviously
comes from.
I have reset Folder Options to Default and tried to find how to change this
