Clicking Red X to close Outlook Express takes about 10 seconds before OE to

When I send an email with ANY attachment it stays in the outbox and tells me
there was an error, yet nothing appears in the error box. The email however
does not get automatically moved to the sent box, rather it gets repeatedly
sent to teh recipient - I have to remove it to stop ...

When I click on 'Next 300 Headers' nothing seems to happen.  Maybe I'm just
looking in the wrong place.
Also, when I close OE, then reopen, do I go back to the original 300 (I
guess) headers?

Is there a way to sort rules in OE6?

I've had too many problems with this Outlook Express.
Why do things go wacky out of the blue?
I don't do anything new... it often asks to compact folders which I always do.
I know my Comcast accounts are supposed to be transitioning to Time Warner

I had my web developer put together a signature for me with my logo.  I saved
the image under My Pictures.  Saved it in OE Tools/Signatures/File, etc.  I
also changed my HTML Editor to Notepad, but everytime I try and send an email
with "Sign" selected I only get an empty box ...

I create stationery for OE  & noticed last night that the ticker at the
bottom won't show. Could anyone please tell me if there is a setting,
something I can change in the script or "get used to it", not gonna have it
anymore?  Or is this even the right place to post??
