I just made a new account in Outlook express, I know all the info is
correct because I copied it from a laptop with the same account.
I can send emails, no problem, but I cannot retrieve them. The program
insists that is the wrong user name (I know is the correct one).

When I receive PPS files attached to an e-mail message, I can't just double
click on the icon in the message to see the PP slide show. However, if I
move the attached file to my desktop or a directory, I can double click on
the icon and my power point reader program runs it just ...
