Admittedly I have about 50,000 emails stored in
about 6 folders so a Compact is definitely needed,
but it takes so long and basically nukes the machine
while it's taking place I'm pushing back on wanting

When I receive an email with a JPG attachment (a photo), and I try to open
it, I get a message that says
" This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this

One of my account users did not require a password to collect messages but
when outlook express is started a login requirement opens for a password. As
no password was entered none is entered in the box but  you are then unable
to login for you messages.

This is my first time using outlook express at home... When I try to send a

I recently sent a couple of e-mails that had a Bcc recipient. I just noticed
that in the Sent Items folder, there is no Bcc line on the messages. Is
there some reason why that folder shouldn't show exactly what was sent out?

I found a Microsoft Knowledge Base Article that deals with this issue for OE
5, but I am not sure if it is applicable to OE 6.
