Whenever I open a post in my Outlook Express on my new computer it is a
minimised window. Obviously I maximise it but I would have expected from then
on any new post I open would then be maximised but it is not. I have searched
in the Tools Options etc and can't find a way to get ...

I have a picture, Dog.bmp, located in my Default Pictures folder.
If I want to add this picture to an Outlook Express Email I cannot use the
‘Browse’ option to follow the path to Default Picture, I can only get as far
