For some reason the 'accounts' option has become missing in the Tools menu. I can see the accounts when I force send/receive but cannot access them. I am running XP SP2 home edition with IE v. 6.0.2900.2180. I have tried an XP Repair install, ran SFC /scannow and following method

I've recently upgraded to IE7 using Windows XP Professional. Where has my MAIL button gone. The only ones I can find are for Yahoo Mail and Hotmail. To go to my mailbox in Outlook Express I have to go to my desktop to launch OE.
