Using OE6 and when sending emails (NOT receiving) I have found that the sent email is being sent again! My recipients are saying that they get my emails twice! Anybody got a fix for this please?

When I receive email that's encoded with UTF-8 that contains non-ascii characters (in cyrillic, for example) the subject line appears correct if viewing the email. However, in the inbox, the characters appear as ? marks. How do I get the subject characters in the inbox to appear

My computer is running Windows Server 2003 English Edition with default setting in Regional and Langauge Options. That means everything is in English (US). In Outlook Express --> Options --> Spelling --> Langauge, it shoudl 'French

Windows XP Home, all updates installed. Outlook Express 6. Clean system. When one clicks on either new message or reply, the window that should open, appears minimized on the task bar. Any ideas?

In the last week or so, I've noticed that certain e-mail I used to receive via Outlook Express 6 is somehow not getting through. (Other e-mail appears not to be affected.) There are two different problems, although I suppose they may be related.

I installed Avast 4.7 home and lost the ability to send and receive email in Outlook Express. I unchecked the boxes to scan inbound and outbound mail and again received mail and could send it. I realize that this should be an Avast problem, but I cannot get an answer

I am having the issue that when I read the first email everything is ok. When I click on the next email the entire box goes blank and then comes back normal showing the email. If I delete or just click any where else the same thing happens. Can any one help me out, it is very ...

With a Digital Camera, I had recorded some images during a visit to Europe recently and then transferred it to My Pictures in the PC running XP Home. I would like to send it to a friend as an attachment but it keeps bouncing back!

Everytime I open Internet explorer 7 it starts up off line. Then I hit the refresh arrows, then it asks to go online? I click on - work online. Where is the setting to correct this problem?

I keep getting I.E. script error box in some emails. I have deselected all script error lines in tools/Internet options/advanced/ and the error box still comes up. I have tried various selections on the script lines to no solution.

After a flood of Spam HTML messages,I lost the ability to delete E-Mails. At first I could restart the computer but now that dose not even work. I hit delete and nothing happens. I am running 98 still but was fine until Verizon opened the flood gate.
