When I log in in the morning, the number of unread message in a newsgroup (any newsgroup) is shown as, say, 900 but, on refreshing that number is reduced to, say, 200.. Just out of curiosity, what is happening here?

After downloading Internet Explorer 7, printed e-mail in OE 6, both sent and received, will shrink depending on the size of the attached picture to a point where it can not be read. I am using Windows XP Home with all the upgrades, IE is version 7.0.5730.11 and OE is version 6.00 ...

I don´t find a reason to the following: When i want to attach a file on an email , i click on attach icon, and when i double click on a direct access, it doesn´t open the folder, instead adds the *.lnk file to the email.

I just install IE 7 and my web browsing has slowed to a crawl. I have DSL and it takes more than 90 seconds to change the page, if it changes at all. Is there some setting I need to change?

I had 3 subfolders under my local folders in outlook express 06. I have not deleted them but was having some trouble getting my connection to the Internet while trying to send and receive mail using outlook. Just wondering are they lost forever or just hiding?

Only from a couple of folks do I get this error msg when opening their emails. I use OE 6.0 and IE 6.0 along with Frefox now and then with Win XP SP 2. tks all.

When I recieve a mail with attachtments (*.doc and *.xls) I don't see this in Outlook Express. In the webmail is this oke! I have unmarked the option "Save or open attachments...." in Extra-Option-Security....

MS XP Pro SP2, w/auto-updates enabled Yesterday, I upgraded from IE6 to IE7, and from Office 2000 to Office 2003. This morning, OE6 won't let me create or reply to email -- it complains about the Address Book or missing components.

May be coincidental, but ever since upgraded to IE7 my system is extremely slow. Anyone else experiencing this, or is it just XMAS trade? Thanks
