I just had Windows XP installed...used to have ME.  Now, I cannot figure out
how to turn on "Spellcheck" when using Outlook.  The button is there but
it's greyed out so I can't use it.  I went through all the tabs in "options"
and can't find a thing.  I also tried the "help" menu ...

Is there a setting that allows me to view attachment in Outlook Express.
I have received a PPS file that I am unable to open and get a box that comes

i have OE6 running on XP home edtion.
anytime i get an email with quotes in it from a preceeding email i sent, i
think "i must learn how to do that. it looks so good."
then of course i never do it. i tried searching "google groups" and am not

ok i open outlook express and as soon as i do it comes up with a error report
and it makes me close it what can i do i run a business from home i need
email. i also cant lose any  of my contacts saved emails ect.........

On some messages, when I print them, they print without the headings i.e.
From, Date, To, and Subject.  I cannot see any connection between these
emails.  The latest was sent from a Blackberry on Airtel - could that be the

I've a friend using OE6.  I've instructed her on inserting background music
& graphics.  However, when she adds music using Format>Background>Sound and
inserts a midi or wav file, she can hear it on her end, but none of the
recipients of her Email can hear the music.

I can't see any pics or logos in the messages I receive. Noticed the same on
some web pages I go on. Should I be switching something on in the tools
menu, or something? Any suggestions welcome, thank you.

When using Oe6 I can't click on a web address or hyper link enclosed in the
message. I have to copy and paste the link to the address bar to access the
