i don't know what i've done but outlook express 6. does not have many subfolders enabled such as the "log off identity" option - they are grey and unavailble to use. what am i doing wrong?

I have a problem with my OE6. It happens when I have "Find Message" open. When I go to change where I'm telling "Find Message" to look and click on the "Browse" button, nothing happens. Nothing opens up so I can change what folder I'm telling it to look in next.
