subfolders enabled such as the "log off identity" option - they are

I have a problem with my OE6.  It happens when I have "Find Message" open.  
When I go to change where I'm telling "Find Message" to look and click on the
"Browse" button, nothing happens.  Nothing opens up so I can change what
folder I'm telling it to look in next.

I have tried several system restores, both recent and up to several weeks
back, with the same "Restoration Incomplete" error message, followed by:
"Your computer cannot be restored to (Date here ). No changes have been made
to your computer."

what does the date/time stamp on an email mean - time of sending, time of
receipt, in between?

Hosting email filtering has ability to
delete junk mails based on body text (cpanel)
However when you have different websites, hosted in different providers

My OE Store Folder directory contained several .dbx files, which, as
far as I could tell, should not be there. Mostly they had names of
folders which *used* to exist, but which (I thought) I had (permanently)
deleted. The others were 'duplicates' i.e. "Personal (1).dbx" while
