I am trying to set up a new computer with Outlook Express.  I have
exported the address book OK as per help but when I try to do the same with
my Mail and news group messages I can't because of a message to the effect
that this cannot be done because of an error in initialising ...

I cant connect to my hotmail account via outlook express , i get the

I've been using Outlook 2003 for managing email from my ISP, Comcast.
All of a sudden it stopped working. I just get time out messages. I
went over the settings with the Comcast tech support, and they are
correct.

At home I'm using yProxy 1.3 (an older free version) with OE on dial-up just
fine.  But at work, I can't get yProxy 1.3 to work at all.
My ISP is AT&T WorldNet.  They have 2 different setups depending on if you
are dialing in or if you are using high speed/third party ISP.
