I had Explorer 7 downloaded, decided I did not like it, so returned to my old
Explorer 6. On Outlook Express, the newsgroups disappeared. When I try to
re-set them, I get an error message that says "Your NNTP server has not
responded in 60 seconds, do you want to continue". ...

I have a approximately 200 Blocked emails in Outlook express.  How can I
delete them all at once, rather than one at a time, which requires a
considerable amount of clicks?

I use WinXP Pro and just installed IE7.  Everything seems to work fine in

In Outlook Express (XP Professional) when I attempt to create a new email to
be sent, I copy a Word document content, then paste onto the new email. When
I do that, I receive this message:

One of my kids put a password on their IE6 identity.  I've searched the
knowledge base and it appears that you cannot recover or override these
passwords - Is this true?
If not, how can I delete the identity?  When I try to delete it, I'm
