This is a reoccurring issue:
Trying to start OE I encountered the above message.
The 1st time this happened I edited the registry to pretend that OE is not
installed (http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/318378), ran IE 7

I have not been able to receive emails from a "bellsouth.net" address that I
used to get  all the time. The sender who uses OE6 is sure she is sending
them to my usual address, and they do show in her "sent" folder. I do not
find the missing emails in the spam folder or trash folder ...

I'm trying to get all my Outlook 2003 details into Outlook Express, on
the way to importing into Windows Mail in Vista.
However, although there is an Outlook Express account settings import
wizard, it seems to be picking up very old versions, from my last ISP!

When I try to combine and decode a yenc file OE6 stops responding before the
first file is downloaded. I tried Microsoft knowledge base and didn't get
