I tried importing the address book from Web Mail to Outlook Express and all
I get is the name, no email address, what's wrong?

I am trying to transfer my outlook express address book to a new computer. I
followed the instructions from the MS help site but when importing to the new
computer, I get all the address's but not my e-mailing groups.
Is there a way to include my mailing groups in a transfer ...

How can I stop a large e-mail that is already downloading?  With dial-up,

I have been able to get my mailbox prior to the past couple of days when I
can no longer access.  An old email message comes up from a prior class but
I cannot open to send or receive emails through Outlook.

 I really appreciate all the support efforts that you recommended
applicable OE compacting problems and I am
happy to report that I have found the culprit.

When accessing my hotmail folders via Outlook Express 6, I always get the
system hanging fire and then receive the error message' an unknown error has
occurred'. If I try again immediately I then get through. I have tried
reinstalling the programme and reinstalling the hotmail ...

I don't have outlook express on my system. I'm running windows xp and using
IE 6. I tried to uninstall IE and reinstall, but it's my company's laptop and
it won't allow me to uninstall.  Where can I download or purchase outlook

I can download all the mail ok from the "TalkTalk" server but after I have
downloaded it ...its all back on the server and downloading again. After
