I can open pps files from my desktop, but not within OE. Error message says to check Folder options in Control Panel. I have an association for pps to ppviewer. So what else must I do. Thanks.

The attachement clip that usually appears in the Outlook Express right side of the message pre-visualization is not shown although the message body is shown correctly.Any hint on how to solve this problem will be welcome. Thanks.

Without cutting and pasting, how can I reply to specific sentences I've received, not the entire e-mail? I receive a high percentage of such simply replies, but cannot find such options on my OE 6++. This is an example (edited for confidentiality):

Am I right in assuming when I import from a computer with an identical folder tree, the messages will be additions rather than replace those in the applicable folder. Fred

We have followed all the instructions to set up a business card and a business card icon appears to the right of the input bars when a new message is being sent but when we click on it we get an error message. Is it that we are using XP?
