I do not seem to be able to send emails when I click the send button it
gives me a message "host unknown" as i am sending through BT I thought that
was the host - very confused and a tad well a lot ignorant on these matters!
Prob won't be able to send this one either!

Just set up a new HP computer with XP.  Set up two user accounts; one admin
and the other a regular user account(I'll call it bambi).
Activated outlook express in both user accounts.  Admin OE works fine BUT
bambi user OE will not allow a new email, access to the address book or

Lost all the email folders in outlook express.  tried to get them back with
the import but was unable to.  I found all the folders that I am missing in
the recycle bin marked as a .BAK  when I do a restore they move back to the
original folder and stay as a .BAK.  I tried ...

I am the main identify in Outlook Express and my girlfriend has been added
as a second identity.  Of course, when she opens OE she must then switch
identities.  Is there any way to open up HER identity directly, perhaps
through a desktop icon?

How can I stop getting the email sent to me?
Back when I had WIN ME and O.E. 6, I could set up a group send whereby I had
another name associated with my ISP email address in the To: line to be
deleted at server. This way I could send BCCs and not receive it back to me

letter of each sentence. How can I make an adjustment to the printable margin

I've got XP MCE, and I use OE.  I'd like to move the Address Book and
its associate files from its default location.  I've been able to move the
message store folder from D&S, but I can't find a way to move the Address
book.

For some reason the spell checker and saving my password for email doesn't
work. Any idea if I need to reinstall all of the OEM software in order to
make it work correctly?
