I would be really grateful for any help here. After being prompted to compact my outlook I did, it’s the worst thin I have ever done…. All of my emails have gone. My .dbx files appear to be empty however

Since I am an avid user of Outlook Express, I do check my mail everyday, using my OE6, but if I am out of town/home, I use web-mail, by logging on to the web-mail server. Well, there is a limit of space (2Gig) and time (100 days) to utilize the web-mail server, so I have to ...

I just installed OEQB under XP Pro and it crashes when I try to run it with an error 5 message. I looked at the oehelp.com site but nothing there. Any ideas as to what is causing this and what I can do to fix it?
