I am using Outlook Express 6.0 with 2 hotmail accounts. When the program is
first loaded it will send/receive emails and will continue to do this.
However during the day there comes a time when if the Send/Receive button is
clicked the task menu freezes and the program will not ...

I am using Windows XP Pro (Chinese edition). I was not able to see my
sub-folders (and their respective addresses) after I imported an address
book from my previous address book created in Windows MCE. It seems the
WAB.exe is unable to read the folder "Main Identity's Contacts" ...

I get the nytimes newsletter every day.  And every day it automatically
appears in the Delete folder.  Neither the NYtimes address or anything like
it is on the Block sender list.  So every morning I have to transfer the
nytimes newsletter from my Delete folder into my Inbox.  ...

am pulling hair out. when i recieve messeges in bt yahoo mail it deletes
them straight away when i am online? when not on line it does not recieve
them at all? am i going mad! can anybody help

I have suddenly started to get loads of spam emails looking like delivery
failures. Thing is they are addressed to non existent email addresess at my
legitimate domain name. Can I block these using any of the tools in OE6

When I e-mail my office computer at work, from home...If I check out the
e-mail's properties on the Details tab...it tells me the message was

The recommended solution worked.  I deleted the corresponding ".dbx" file.  
Am now able to delete e-mails again.  Thanks

I'm following the instruction from the above link. If I follow them I
understand that I'll save everything, email folders, news folders, message
rules, blocked senders, even current view settings.

Can anyone tell me why i cannot send emails from my home outlook account
whilst out and about when useing wireless internet? but i can receive emails
to the same account?!

When I create mail and want to check for spelling, the Spelling is grayed
out, so I cannot check the spelling in my email before sending it.

Im wondering how to set up new mail notifications in either visual or sound
alert form. Also i know its possible to get customized audio alerts, does
anyone here have one? if so where did you get it from?

Hello...OE won't accept my password anymore.  Here's the error msg:
There was a problem logging onto your mail server. Your Password was
rejected. Account: 'mail.adelphia.net', Server: 'localhost', Protocol: POP3,
Server Response: '-ERR invalid user name or password.', Port: 38444 ...

In these few days, there was strange behaviour from OE 6.00.3790.0 on
Windows 2003 (with ServerProtect running). Mail messages with myself (same
email address as my account's email address) copied (no matter CC or BCC)
failed to deliver.
