Links in OE6 messages used to open in a new IE window. Not anymore!
I use XP2 and IE7.

Can someone help me I can't open attachemnts

My PC: desktop running XP Home SP2.  Outlook Express 6 SP2 is my email
and  newsgroup program.  DSL connection.
     Just today, while composing some email messages, I noticed that I
cannot change the font size.  It always stays at size "12."  Every other

I cannot open links contained in Outlook Express mail...when I click, it just
"hangs" and I have to get out with Task Manager...I can copy the links, put
them in address bar, and they will then open.

For some reason, if i send an email with a link as an attachment, OE at the
recipient end rejects it as an unsafe attachement.  It doesn't do so with
other file types: Word, Excel, etc.  The recipient OE has always had checked
the Tools | options | Security | Don't allow ...

Can Some body please help me.
I receive quite a few emails with EML Files attachments
On trying to open these files,I get a message stating
THIS FILE DOES NOT HAVE A PROGRAM ASSOCIATED WITH IT FOR PERFORMING THIS

I have been enrolled in "Proxy Voting" for many years.  However, recently I
have trouble accessing the explanatory material.  It opens briefly, but with
an audio discord, and then closes.  Any help will be appreciated.   bobg

My dad is having a problem with .doc attachments in OE6.  He is running
WinXP SP2 and has MS Office 2003.  Whenever he receives a .doc attachment,
he can't open it.  One box opens that says it is installing Word and another
opens on top of it which says "The command cannot be ...

When I click the Send/Receive option from the top menu, the send/receive
starts but never finishes. I have to close OE to stop it. No new messages
come in. There are no error messages. Help!

I have xp home with ie7,sp2.The other day my outlook express program
came up and said it has been removed from my computer.I have
reinstalled windows sp2,ie6 and ie7,and did system restore also.And it
still won't come back.I use it for all my email accounts.Does anyone
