I'm trying to switch email from aol to outlook express by way of trueswitch
wizard. It acts like it is going to complete but I get a message saying
trueswitch has encountered an error and must close, would you like to send
the message to microsoft.

I attempted to reach the feedback page through the Outlook Express Help menu
and can only receive a Page Not Found message. Has this feature been removed?
If so, how do I make a suggestion for future versions?

On my current computer I have handled my mail with MS Outlook. On my new
computer I don't have MS Office anymore. Is there a way to backup from
Outlook on the old computer and restore into Outlook Express on the new
computer. It would be nice if it is free.

Ihave forwarded my wo yahoo accouns to OE,but what it has done is, it has
brouth all the messages from both accounts together to the inbox and it
didn't separate the spam grrrrrrrrrr.

I passworded the main ID and another ID. I copied and pasted the passwords,
so there's no chance I typed them in incorrectly.
Yet, Outlook Express is telling me that the passwords are incorrect.
What happened and how do I correct it?
