When I choose a picture from MY Pictures and go to "e-mail this file" in Windows XP-SP2 the box doesn't come up so you can make pictures smaller. Just the e-mail box comes up. Any answers for this

I went to http://insideoe.tomsterdam.com/ and along the left side of the page is a list of utilities, I guess you'd call them. I don't want to download anything that is not useful but I can not seem to get OE working properly again. Since I can not get my messages to download ...

I was not able to open OE6 on my Windows 98 machine, I got an "illegal operation" message that ponited to an invalid page fault in module Msoe.dll. I googled and found help at an MS page that suggested renaming Folders.dbx in the Outlook Express folder.

Which application DBXpress or DBXtract is better . . . 1. to recover missing Emails when they do not show up in the Recycle Bin? OE6 compressed my E-mails. I was not using my computer. There were no programs running, and no interruptions.

I am trying to transfer my old Outlook Express messages to my new laptop. I have used Export messages & the process seemed to go fine, but now I don't know where the exported file is stored, so that I can move it to my new laptop.

I have searched through all the other posts, and they seem to be similar, but nothing with problems opening excel attachments. I have excel (.xls) installed, have had computer for over a year with no issues, however all of a sudden I can not open excel attachments (using outlook) ...

Where can I find POP3uidl.dbx in Outlook express? I've tried going to Tools> Maintanence> Store Folder> but that's not the file that's in there. What do I do now to be able to find it so I can delete it as suggested in other help threads. I'm still unable to receive messages in ...

I don't know if my other post made it onto the board. I'm a new poster, and I hadn't verified my password yet. I passworded two identities in Outlook Express. Now it won't accept those passwords.
