I keep getting spam emails with Chinese charecters in messages it's all
rubbish. How can I set up a default block to such things. I recall when
setting up OE I had an option of allowing or adding this and I stupidly said
yes .

I have customer that when he clicks a link within an email in OE 6 SP2 it
opens in a new windows (which we want) but the window opens in the
background/behind the Outlook Express program.  This used to open in a new
window in front of OE.  Any ideas on how to change this back?

i have just changed my internet provider from telewest to sky had new modem
installed and was still able to send and receive emails. but today i keep

When I send a picture attached to an email message, it sends the message in
several different parts. The recipient receives the message as several
different messages and each message contains nothing but gibberish. How can

I have a friend who uses Hotmail to receive and read email from an AOL
user. He has no trouble opening and reading the attachments on Hotmail.
He forwards the email to me and the attachments show up as "message.txt"
and when I review the message source it shows up as 8 bit code. ...

I am using Outlook Express 6.0.  Today, for completely unkown reasons,
all my Inbox and Sent folder information disappeared.  When I took a
look at the Outlook Express Store directory, the "old" Inbox.dbx and
Sent.dbx folders (as well as all other folders) had been replaced by
