I occasionally lose sound - usually after my laptop goes into hibernation.
When I check Control Panel>Sounds and Audio Devices, I get an error "No
Audio Device".
Only after I reboot do I get my audio back.

Posted here a week ago with this problem and received great responses.  
Problem still exists and here it is.  Running Win XP Home with IE6 and OE6.  
ISP is comcast.  Antivirus is Mcafee.  Create mail, click send, email moves
from outbox to sent folder but is never received at ...

 I suppose everybody at one time or another has always wanted to recover a
recently deleted email.
 What is the easiest and best freeware, or for that matter a procedure,
that can be used to recover deleted emails?

"Have had virus trouble. Removed viruses and upgraded WinME to Win2000. Still
can't open OE5 - get error message "msimn.exe has generated errors and will
be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program." Re-installed Win
2000 "repair and upgrade" option but no change!

When sending an email with attachment of say, 1mb or more, is it possible to
see without watching the small icon transmitting with pale blue monitor on
pale blue monitor?  What positive indication is there of completion of

I have been running OE6 for several years trouble free.  About two months
