My mother is having a problem and I'm not sure what to do.  Her entire left

I am updating my address book.  In doing that, I removed some sub-folders
that were underneath the main (Jack's Contacts).
One sub-folder removed was Kinfolks, but I left a group that was named

I can recieve e-mails from outlookexpress but  have an error when I try to

I have just set upa new e-mail a/c on a new laptop and all seems ok except
being asked for a pasword to log on. At no time during the setup was I asked
