| OE doesn't close | 13 Apr 2007 02:45 GMT | 2 |
Besides taking a long time to start-up, my OE doesn't shut down, unless I stop the process through "end task" in the task manager. I have "Bit defender" AV. Could e-mail scanning cause the problem? Thanks for any advise.
