TEST NEWS GROUPS

On my computer, OE sometimes immeidately sends new posts, and sometimes puts
them in the outbox to send later.
Anyway to fix this so it always sends immediatley?

I need to re-format and reinstall XP and am wondering how to save a copy of

I can't seem to find the way to resume editing an email from my draft
folder.
What am I missing?

I just installed Office 2003 and I use OE as my mail default client.
For whatever reason every time I reboot the computer Microsoft changes
all my OE icons to Outlook icons.  When I open the program Outlook
opens and not OE.  Does anyone know how to permanently stop this ?

There seems to be a problem concerning Outlook Express and XP Media Center
not showing the toolbar.
As for now, what I can see Microsoft has not found the solution to this
(Steve Cochran) even though the are really helpful.

My OE won't spell check.  The option is Greyed out and F7 won't work.
Why

my tech questions is where it the ANY KEY!!, i can find CaTaRL and TAB but
