I have a strange problem that has me here. dont know if it a OE or printer

When I click on a link embedded within an email, nothing happens.  It should
open IE and take me to a website, but doesn't.  What is the problem?  Can
anyone help me fix this recurring problem?

Whenever I get an email message that contains a hyperlink, the link is
underlined and OE seems to know that it is a link. However, nothing happens

I am running Outlook Express 6 and Windows XP and when sent mails with
attachments larger than about 500KB the mail is returned to sender with the

When I see my email, I see the attachments and everything looks fine.  If I
try to open it or save to my desktop I receive the following error message,

Off on my hollidays next week, is there any way I can turn off my email
rather than coming home to something like 900 unread and junk mails.

I am having problems when sending messages using Outlook Express v6.
When I select 'Send/Receive' the message gets sent to recipients but the
message remains in the Outbox folder and is not sent to the Sent Items
folder.

OE will not send.  Using XP SP2.  I can receive but not send beyond my ISP.  
Strange thing is I do not receive error message. Simply will not go - I get
yellow error but no message.
