How do u set up for e-mail for out look express?

I cant get newsgroups to download. I configured and it looks like its doing
it. but Left it in for 4 hours and it never finished

I hope I am in the right group. After sending OE text (.doc)
attachments for many months, they have suddenly become unreadable to
the recipient. It appears sender and recipient have both been using

When I try to open any E-mails in Outlook Express 6 I get a Internet

i am from china,when i use oe6 to connect some home newsgroup server such as
news.newsfan.net,it will come out the message tcp/ip error
how is that?

Is there any way to undelete a message?
I need the email address from that message.
It's already been deleted from the Deleted Messages folder.
I have OE setup to *not* add addresses to my Address Book so I know it's not
