I work with a Notebook with WXP SP2 Home Edition OEM. Outlook Express was
working correctly but suddenly I could'nt start it any more. Two error
messages appears telling:
"Outlook Express could not be started. The application was unable to start

All the mail in Outlook Express Incoming & Sent has disappeared although

Is there a way I could do to prevent OE from loading the email addresses
from my Windows Live Messenger?  Each time I type an email address in
the To: field in my OE, it loads some of the email addresses from my
Messenger, which makes a greater chance for choosing a wrong email ...
